arthritis development. Gene variants that are potentially essential for their inclusion in genetic tests were sampled taking
into consideration polymorphism localization. The presented data are sufficient to prepare the genetic profile of psoriatic
patients, forecast the clinical course of the disease and potential efficacy of treatment, and calculate the risk of the
disease development in the patients relatives.</p>
эффективность терапии, рассчитать риск развития заболевания у родственников пациента.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriasis</kwd><kwd>genetic polymorphism</kwd><kwd>association with predisposition</kwd><kwd>genetic profile</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориаз</kwd><kwd>генный полиморфизм</kwd><kwd>ассоциация с предрасположенностью</kwd><kwd>генетический паспорт</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Хуснутдинова Э.К., Боринская С.А.
