Due to the exacerbation of the leprosy process, dexamethasone therapy was performed intravenously in a dose of 4 mg/ml — 3.0 ml + 0.9% NaCl 200.0 ml daily No. 10.</p> <p><bold>Results. </bold>An exacerbation was diagnosed — leprosy nodular erythema. The prescription of adequate therapy led to a complete regression of clinical manifestations.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> The described case is presented in connection with the rarity of this dermatosis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Представить клинический случай обострения лепры на фоне проводимой терапии.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Больная 52 лет, с диагнозом «лепроматозная лепра, лепра LL» (лепра многобактериальная, лепроматозная форма, активная стадия), через 3,5 года после начала лечения развилось обострение в виде узловатой эритемы. По поводу обострения лепрозного процесса проведена терапия дексаметазоном внутривенно капельно в дозе 4 мг/мл — 3,0 мл + 0,9% раствор NaCl 200,0 мл ежедневно № 10.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Диагностировано обострение — лепрозная узловатая эритема.
