The article describes indications for gonococcal infection examinations and diagnostics methods presented in Russian and foreign recommendations. The article describes the treatment regimen based on N. gonorrhoeae antibacterial resistance monitoring results.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обсуждаются современные подходы к ведению больных гонококковой инфекцией у взрослых лиц, регламентированные Федеральными (национальными) клиническими рекомендациями Российского общества дерматовенерологов и косметологов (2013), European Guideline on the Diagnoses and Treatment of Gonorrhoeae in Adults (2012) и Sexually Transmitted Diseases Treatment Guidelines (CDC, 2010). Представлены показания к обследованию на гонококковую инфекцию и методы диагностики заболевания, включенные в российские и зарубежные клинические рекомендации.
