At the same time, the number of scientific data on the effect of biological therapy on genital psoriasis is extremely limited. Important that the quality of life on patients with genital psoriasis has very low level, which indicates a significant influence on the psychological and social well-being. At the same time, the limited number of therapeutic approaches makes this problem even more urgent. Unfortunately, special clinical trials for such patients are rather an exception. Ixekizumab has been reported an effectiveness for patients with anogenital psoriasis. New data on the comparative efficacy of ixekizumab and secukinumab give hope us for new opportunity for the treatment of genital psoriasis.</p>
Новые данные по сравнительной эффективности иксекизумаба и секукинумаба вселяют надежду на новые возможности терапии псориаза половых органов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>genital psoriasis</kwd><kwd>ixekizumab</kwd><kwd>secukinumab</kwd><kwd>sexual dysfunction</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>генитальный псориаз</kwd><kwd>иксекизумаб</kwd><kwd>секукинумаб</kwd><kwd>сексуальная дисфункция</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was done and published through financing at the place of work of the authors</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена и опубликована за счет финансирования по месту работы авторов</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Nestle FO, Kaplan DH, Barker J.
