The authors describe the role of signal molecules and extracellular genetic material for the biofilm formation as well as synergy and antagonism between different types of bacteria. The article presents possible mechanisms of existence of prokaryotes causing torpidity to the therapy and resulting in a longterm chronic infection.</p>
Представлены возможные механизмы существования прокариот, обусловливающие торпидность к проводимой терапии и приводящие к длительному хроническому течению инфекционного процесса.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>биопленки</kwd><kwd>антибиотикорезистентность</kwd><kwd>условно-патогенные микроорганизмы</kwd><kwd>урогенитальные инфекции</kwd><kwd>biofilms</kwd><kwd>antibiotic resistance</kwd><kwd>opportunistic microorganisms</kwd><kwd>urogenital infections</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Анкирская А.С., Муравьева В.В.
