It also discusses issues of optimization of the daily dose of isotretinoin taking into consideration long-term clinical efficacy and safety of the therapy. The article presents the results of the authors’ study demonstrating the possibility to select mainly large or small doses of systemic isotretinoin depending on the treatment duration.</p>
Приводятся результаты собственного исследования, демонстрирующие возможность выбора преимущественно больших, либо малых доз системного изотретиноина в зависимости от длительности предпринятого лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>акне</kwd><kwd>системная терапия</kwd><kwd>тяжесть заболевания</kwd><kwd>изотретиноин</kwd><kwd>Lidose</kwd><kwd>эффективность</kwd><kwd>безопасность</kwd><kwd>acne</kwd><kwd>systemic therapy</kwd><kwd>severity of the disease</kwd><kwd>isotretinoin</kwd><kwd>Lidose</kwd><kwd>efficacy</kwd><kwd>safety</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Nast A., Dreno B., Bettoli V. et al.
