At the time of presentation, the skin lesion had existed for about 4 years and was slowly progressing. A skin biopsy was performed with histological examination, based on the results of which a diagnosis of lichen sclerosus was established. Subsequently, the skin process progressed, and rashes appeared that were not typical for lichen sclerosus. There was an assumption that the patient had a poikilodermic form of mycosis fungoides. The diagnosis was confirmed after performing histological and immunohistochemical studies of a skin biopsy. General narrow-band mid-wave ultraviolet therapy was performed with good clinical results.</p>
Проведена общая узкополосная средневолновая ультрафиолетовая терапия с хорошим клиническим результатом.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>poikiloderma form of mycosis fungoides</kwd><kwd>vascular atrophic poikiloderma</kwd><kwd>poikiloderma vasculare atrophicans</kwd><kwd>general narrow-band medium-wave ultraviolet therapy</kwd><kwd>clinical case</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пойкилодермическая форма грибовидного микоза</kwd><kwd>пойкилодермия</kwd><kwd>сосудистая атрофическая пойкилодермия</kwd><kwd>общая узкополосная средневолновая ультрафиолетовая терапия</kwd><kwd>клинический случай</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Unna PGSF, Pollitzer D.
