They are realized in providing antiproliferative, immunomodulatory, antifibrotic, antipruritic, antimicrobial effects on pathological processes in the skin. The similarities and differences of the effects on cellular structures of different spectral ranges are described. The literature data on the effectiveness of phototherapy methods in rare nosological forms of skin diseases, including dermatoses with keratinization disorders, connective tissue diseases, vascular malformations, erythematous conditions based on a variety of therapeutic mechanisms are presented.</p>
С учетом многообразия механизмов терапевтического влияния представлены данные литературы об эффективности методов фототерапии при редких нозологических формах заболеваний кожи, включая дерматозы с нарушением кератинизации, заболевания соединительной ткани, сосудистые мальформации, эритематозные состояния.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>phototherapy</kwd><kwd>mechanisms of action</kwd><kwd>PUVA-therapy</kwd><kwd>NB-UVВ</kwd><kwd>UVA-1 therapy</kwd><kwd>rare skin diseases</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фототерапия</kwd><kwd>механизмы действия</kwd><kwd>ПУВА-терапия</kwd><kwd>УФВ-311 терапия</kwd><kwd>УФА-1 терапия</kwd><kwd>редкие заболевания кожи</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The article is prepared and published as a part of the state task of State Research Center of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology, Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation No. 056-00002-23-00 for 2024 on the topic: “Development of a medical device for phototherapy of dermatoses and T-cell lymphomas of the skin”.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья подготовлена и опубликована в рамках выполнения государственного задания ФГБУ «ГНЦДК» Минздрава России № 056-00002-23-00 на 2024 г. по теме: «Разработка изделия медицинского назначения для фототерапии дерматозов и Т-клеточных лимфом кожи».</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Torres AE, Lyons AB, Hamzavi IH, Lim HW.
