Five groups were examined: Group 1 – post-traumatic facial scars (PTS) (n=34); Group 2 – traumatic impregnation (TI) of facial skin (n=30); Group 3 – combined trauma (PTS + TI) (n=28); Group 4 (comparison) – limb amputation without facial injury (n=20); Group 5 (control) – healthy individuals (n=20). All patients completed the WHOQOL-100 once upon admission.</p> <p>Results: Patients with facial PTSD had significantly lower QoL scores across five domains (physical, psychological, independence, social relationships, and environment) compared to healthy controls (p&lt;0.05).The QoL profile of Group 1 (PTS) and Group 3 (combined trauma) did not differ from the comparison group (limb loss) in any domain (p&gt;0.05). In Group 2 (TI), physical, spiritual, and environment domain scores were similar to the comparison group (p&gt;0.05); psychological scores were lower in the TI group (13.0 vs. 14.0; p=0.016), while the comparison group scored worse in independence and social relationships (18.0 and 17.9 vs. 14.1 and 14.9, respectively; p&lt;0.01).</p> <p>Conclusion: Dermatological patients with post-traumatic facial scars, impregnation, or their combination require treatment and rehabilitation to improve their quality of life.</p>
Пациенты с посттравматическими рубцами, импрегнацией кожи лица и их сочетанием нуждаются в лечении и реабилитации, направленных на повышение качества жизни.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tost-traumatic facial skin defects, quality of life, WHOQOL-100 questionnaire, post-traumatic scars, traumatic impregnation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>посттравматические дефекты кожи лица, качество жизни, опросник ВОЗ КЖ-100, посттравматические рубцы, травматическая импрегнация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
