Twenty‑two women with AGA (Ludwig stages I–III) were enrolled. Patients received Jet Peel™ procedures with JetCare® serum once weekly for 5 weeks, along with daily home application of the serum. Trichoscopic parameters (proportion of terminal/vellus hairs, single/double/triple follicular units, hair diameter), subjective satisfaction using a 5‑point Likert scale, and comfort using a visual analog scale (VAS) were assessed.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> After 5 weeks, a statistically significant reduction in the proportion of single follicular units by 20% (p=0.001) and an increase in the proportion of double units by 11.8% (p=0.003) were observed. Median satisfaction was 4.5 points (86.4% of patients rated the outcome as 4 or 5). Comfort according to VAS was 8.9±1.2 out of 10. No serious adverse events were recorded.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> The Jet Peel™ technology with JetCare® serum demonstrates early positive trichoscopic changes, high subjective satisfaction, and a favorable safety profile, supporting its recommendation as an additional treatment option for AGA in women.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Оценка эффективности и переносимости технологии безыгольной гидродермабразии Jet Peel™ в комбинации с сывороткой JetCare® у женщин с андрогенной алопецией (АГА) в условиях реальной клинической практики.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Проспективное неконтролируемое слепое (для оценщика трихограмм) прагматичное исследование. Включены 22 женщины с АГА (I–III стадии по Людвигу). Пациентки получали процедуры Jet Peel™ с введением сыворотки JetCare® 1 раз в неделю в течение 5 недель и ежедневное домашнее нанесение сыворотки. Оценивали трихоскопические параметры (доля терминальных/веллусных волос, одиночные/двойные/тройные юниты, диаметр волос), субъективную удовлетворенность по 5-балльной шкале Лайкерта и комфортность по визуальной аналоговой шкале (ВАШ).</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Через 5 недель отмечено статистически значимое снижение доли одиночных фолликулярных юнитов на 20% (p=0,001) и увеличение доли двойных юнитов на 11,8% (p=0,003). Медианная удовлетворенность составила 4,5 балла (86,4% пациенток оценили результат на 4 или 5). Комфортность по ВАШ – 8,9±1,2 из 10.
