The comorbidity of these conditions is of considerable clinical interest, as both dermatoses share common immunopathogenetic mechanisms mediated by dysregulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. Conventional therapy, including topical corticosteroids and methotrexate, failed to achieve a clinically meaningful response. Administration of tofacitinib, a selective inhibitor of Janus kinases 1 and 3, at a dose of 5 mg twice daily resulted in a pronounced clinical effect after 6 months: cessation of hair loss, regrowth of hair, regression of psoriatic plaques, and restoration of nail plates. The described case demonstrates the rationale for JAK inhibitor therapy in comorbid autoimmune skin diseases in children and adolescents.</p>
Описанный случай демонстрирует целесообразность применения JAK-ингибиторов при сочетанной аутоиммунной патологии кожи у детей и подростков.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriasis, alopecia areata, autoimmune dermatoses, tofacitinib, JAK inhibitors, JAK-STAT signaling pathway, biologic therapy, comorbidity</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориаз, гнездная алопеция, аутоиммунные дерматозы, тофацитиниб, JAK-ингибиторы, JAK-STAT-сигнальный путь, генно-инженерная биологическая терапия, коморбидность</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
