common and potentially life-threatening autoimmune bullous diseases, which require early diagnosis and effective treatment. According to the foreign guidelines when choosing the amount of therapy it is necessary to consider the severity of the disease. Updating national clinical guidelines by adding internationally validated indices of bullous dermatoses’ severity will make it possible to standardise the criteria of definition of pathological cutaneous process’ severity, to develope personalised approach to treatment in accordance with the disease’s activity and severity, instead of an average approach disregarding the diversity, prevalence, and severity of clinical manifestations of pemphigus vulgaris and bullous pemphigoid, objectify the dynamics of the skin pathological process during therapy and ensure compatibility of domestic and foreign researches’ data.

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">
Вульгарная пузырчатка и буллезный пемфигоид – наиболее распространенные и потенциально жизнеугрожающие аутоиммунные буллезные дерматозы, требующие своевременной диагностики и эффективного лечения.
