A review article presents theoretical basics of the development of innovative STI prevention programs for high-risk groups Urgent need for integrated multidisciplinary preventive strategies aimed at correcting risky behaviors and adapted for the particular vulnerable populations is justified.

В обзорной статье представлены теоретические основы разработки современных программ профилактики ИППП в группах высокого риска заражения. Обоснована неотложная необходимость разработки комплексных превентивных стратегий, направленных на коррекцию рискованного поведения, носящих мультидисциплинарный характер и адаптированных к потребностям конкретных уязвимых субпопуляций.
