The study included 60 patients with acne and rosacea, complicated demodicosis, 60 patients with acne and rosacea and no demodicosis, and 30 healthy volunteers. All the patients underwent skin scraping, eyebrows and/or eyelashes hair removal and confocal laser-scanning microscopy. the advantages of confocal laser-scanning microscopy in vivo in comparison with conventional methods of research are shown.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен обзор современных методов диагностики демодекоза и собственные исследования эффективности диагностики демодекоза с помощью прижизненной лазерной сканирующей конфокальной микроскопии. Под наблюдением находились 60 больных акне и розацеа, осложненными демодекозом, 60 больных акне и розацеа, не осложненными демодекозом, и 30 здоровых добровольцев. Всем больным проводился соскоб кожи, эпиляция бровей и/или ресниц, конфокальная лазерная сканирующая микроскопия.
