Priority importance of topical retinoids and combination products containing fixed combinations adapalene with benzoyl peroxide or antibiotic clindamycin in the acne treatment are shown. There are presented the facts of the effectiveness of Clenzit gel (adapalene 0.1%) and Clenzit-C (adapalene 0.1% and clindamycin phosphate 1.0%) and an algorithm for the choice of drug depending on clinical and morphological features of the skin process that allows to optimize the treatment of patients with various forms of acne.</p>
Приведены данные литературы по эффективности гелей Клензит (адапален 0,1%) и Клензит-С (адапален 0,1% и клиндамицина фосфат 1,0%) в лечении больных акне и алгоритм выбора препарата в зависимости от клинико-морфологических особенностей кожного процесса, что позволяет оптимизировать лечение пациентов с различными формами акне.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>акне</kwd><kwd>терапия</kwd><kwd>топические ретиноиды</kwd><kwd>адапален</kwd><kwd>клиндамицин</kwd><kwd>acne</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd><kwd>topical retinoids</kwd><kwd>adapalene</kwd><kwd>clindamycin</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Nast A., Dreno B., Bettoli V. et al.
