The main mechanisms of action of TCIs are described. The authors demonstrate the advantages of Tacrolimus belonging to the TCI group. Due to the hydrophilic drug form and pharmacoeconomic index promoting compliance with treatment, it is possible to consider the new drug Tacropic (0.1% and 0.03% Tacrolimus ointments) as the optimum topical drug for the treatment of moderate to severe and severe forms of atopic dermatitis in adults and children.</p>
Гидрофильная лекарственная форма и фармакоэкономический показатель, повышающие комплаентность лечения, позволяют рассматривать новый препарат Такропик (0,1% и 0,03% мазь такролимуса) как оптимальное топическое средство для лечения среднетяжелых и тяжелых форм атопического дерматита у взрослых и детей.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>топические ингибиторы кальциневрина</kwd><kwd>такролимус</kwd><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>топическая терапия</kwd><kwd>клинические исследования</kwd><kwd>Такропик</kwd><kwd>topical calcineurin inhibitors</kwd><kwd>Tacrolimus</kwd><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>topical treatment</kwd><kwd>clinical studies</kwd><kwd>Tacropic</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Прошутинская Д.В., Чикин В.В., Знаменская Л.Ф., Монахов К.Н., Заславский Д.В., Минеева А.А.
