Diagnostic criteria, differential diagnostics with other diseases and methods of modern treatment of this disease are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Описаны современные представления о предрасполагающих факторах, особенностях гистологических и генетических изменений, роли кодирующего мутантного гена ATP2C1, локализованного на хромосоме 3 в патогенезе доброкачественной семейной пузырчатки Гужеро — Хейли — Хейли.
