This may affect the course of dermatologic diseases and the efficacy of their treatment. In this literature review, the author analyzes the impact of various pharmaceutical classes on the morphofunctional characteristics of the epidermal barrier and formulates recommendations for skin disease treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Различные медикаментозные средства наружной и системной терапии способны оказывать значительное влияние на морфологические и физиологические характеристики человеческого эпидермиса и его барьерные свойства, что может влиять на течение кожных заболеваний и эффективность их лечения.
