The clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of the fungal disease is described. Against the background of antifungal treatment, the clinical and mycological cure of the trunk skin and foot nail mycosis was achieved. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлены анализ литературы резистентных штаммов к противогрибковым препаратам и описание наблюдения распространенного микоза гладкой кожи с поражением ногтевых пластин стоп, резистентного к противогрибковой терапии, у больного 57 лет. Описывается клиническая картина, диагностика и лечение грибкового заболевания.
