The therapy has an anti-inflammatory and anti^m^ action, arrests progression and reduces the activity of the disease process, and has a good efficacy and safety profile.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре проанализированы данные литературы по эффективности, механизмам действия и безопасности УФА-1 терапии локализованной склеродермии и других заболеваний, сопровождающихся склерозом кожи. Результаты проведенных исследований свидетельствуют об эффективности применения УФА-1 терапии у больных локализованной склеродермией, экстрагенитальным склероатрофическим лихеном, склеродермоподобной формой хронической реакции «трансплантат против хозяина», склередемой взрослых. Данный вид терапии оказывает противовоспалительное и антифиброзное действие, позволяет остановить прогрессирование и уменьшить активность патологического процесса, обладает хорошим профилем эффективности/безопасности.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>UVA-1 therapy</kwd><kwd>UVA-1 radiation</kwd><kwd>scleroderma</kwd><kwd>lichen sclerosus et atrophicus</kwd><kwd>chronic graft-versus-host disease</kwd><kwd>scleredema adultorum</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>УФА-1 терапия</kwd><kwd>УФА-1 излучение</kwd><kwd>склеродермия</kwd><kwd>склероатрофический лихен</kwd><kwd>хроническая реакция «трансплантат против хозяина»</kwd><kwd>склередема взрослых</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Mutzhas M.F., Holzle E., Hofmann C. et al.
