Mutations in the filaggrin gene (FLG) are among the most important factors predisposing to the development of atopy. Today correct skin care comprising the use of moisturizing and softening products forms an integral part of the therapy for patients with atopic dermatitis and an important component of measures aimed at the reduction of the number of exacerbations and extension of the remission.</p>
В настоящее время неотъемлемой частью терапии больных атопическим дерматитом и важным компонентом мероприятий, направленных на сокращение числа обострений и продление ремиссии, является правильный уход за кожей, включающий применение увлажняющих и смягчающих средств.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>filaggrin</kwd><kwd>moisturizing products</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>филаггрин</kwd><kwd>увлажнящие средства</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Steinert P.M., Cantieri J.S., Teller D.C. et al.
