It describes the current range ot systemic and topical zinc preparations and their pharmacological characteristics. The review also describes skin diseases that may be treated with the use ot zinc preparations on a grounded basis, and discloses the clinical experience ot the use ot these drugs described in the world literature. It sets out certain recommendations tor using zinc preparations in clinical practice.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре литературы охарактеризована биологическая роль цинка в организме человека, иммунном гомеостазе и физиологии кожи, а также в патофизиологии кожных болезней. Описан существующий спектр системных и местных препаратов цинка, приведены их фармакологические характеристики. Охарактеризованы кожные болезни, при которых применение препаратов цинка может иметь основания, и освещен клинический опыт использования данных препаратов, описанный в международной литературе.
