They also describe the results of multiple national and foreign studies confirming high clinical efficacy of ketoconazole 2% shampoo in the therapy of seborrheic dermatitis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Дан обзор современных представлений об эпидемиологии, этиологии, патогенезе и принципах терапии себорейного дерматита волосистой части головы.
