The authors provide a review of current concepts of the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment principles for seborrheic scalp dermatitis. They also describe the results of multiple national and foreign studies confirming high clinical efficacy of ketoconazole 2% shampoo in the therapy of seborrheic dermatitis.

Дан обзор современных представлений об эпидемиологии, этиологии, патогенезе и принципах терапии себорейного дерматита волосистой части головы. Приводятся результаты многочисленных отечественных и зарубежных исследований, свидетельствующих о высокой клинической эффективности шампуня 2% кетоконазола в терапии себорейного дерматита.
