The authors established that 90% of HSV strains were sensitive to ACV irrespective of the isolation conditions, and the share of non-sensitive strains was 10% while the share of strains that were not sensitive to valacyclovir was not higher than 0.9%. These data are of great value for the evaluation of the pathological process activity, forecast for the disease and selection of an individualized treatment regimen for patients providing for the selection of an antiviral drug and its optimum dose in view of the results of virology studies.</p>
Полученные данные имеют большое значение для оценки активности патологического процесса, прогноза заболевания и подбора персонализованной схемы лечения пациентов, предусматривающей выбор противовирусного препарата и его оптимальную дозу с учетом результатов вирусологических исследований.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>virus</kwd><kwd>herpes</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd><kwd>Acyclovir</kwd><kwd>resistance</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирус</kwd><kwd>герпес</kwd><kwd>терапия</kwd><kwd>ацикловир</kwd><kwd>резистентность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Борисенко К.К.
