Therapy with the use of UFA-1 produced more marked levels of γ-interferon positive cells in the skin (р = 0.004) in patients with clinical recovery compared to subjects with an achieved improvement, as well as a substantial reduction of the Т-helpers level within the effected skin areas (р = 0.009).</p>
Под влиянием УФА-1 терапии у больных с клиническим выздоровлением выявляется более выраженная положительная динамика содержания γ-ИФН+ клеток в коже (р = 0,004) по сравнению с пациентами, достигшими улучшения кожного процесса, а также существенное снижение содержания Т-хелперов в очагах поражения (р = 0,009).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>ultraviolet irradiation therapy with wavelength of 350 to 400 nm</kwd><kwd>gamma-interferon</kwd><kwd>CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>терапия ультрафиолетовым излучением длиной волны 350-400 нм</kwd><kwd>гамма- интерферон</kwd><kwd>CD4+ и CD8+ лимфоциты</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Атопический дерматит: рекомендации для практических врачей.
