Toll-like receptors (TLR) mediating recognition of molecular structures of pathogens are expressed in skin cells of different types initiating the development of adaptive immune reactions when associated with different ligands. The review presents data on the structure and functions of TLR, their localization in skin compartments and their role in the pathogenesis of skin diseases being of infectious etiology and non-infectious origin.</p>
В обзоре приведены данные о строении и функции TLR, их локализации в компартментах кожи, а также об их роли в патогенезе заболеваний кожи инфекционной этиологии и неинфекционного происхождения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Toll-like receptors</kwd><kwd>acne</kwd><kwd>candidosis</kwd><kwd>herpes viral infection</kwd><kwd>leprosy</kwd><kwd>syphilis</kwd><kwd>lupus erythematosus</kwd><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>psoriasis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Toll-подобные рецепторы</kwd><kwd>угревая болезнь</kwd><kwd>кандидоз</kwd><kwd>герпесвирусная инфекция</kwd><kwd>лепра</kwd><kwd>сифилис</kwd><kwd>красная волчанка</kwd><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>псориаз</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Clark R., Kupper T.
