Атопический дерматит у детей. Современный алгоритм лечения и контроля над заболеванием

Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются ключевые аспекты патогенеза атопического дерматита и вопросы выбора патогенетически обоснованных методов терапии. Приводятся сведения о рациональном применении основных лекарственных средств, используемых в лечении дерматоза у детей, - топических глюкокортикостероидов и ингибиторов кальциневрина. Освещается современный алгоритм применения топических ингибиторов кальциневрина в период обострения атопического дерматита и для предотвращения рецидивов.
