Опыт применения такролимуса в комплексной терапии атопического дерматита

Аннотация

В обзоре приведены данные зарубежных и отечественных клинических исследований эффективности и безопасности топических ингибиторов кальциневрина (ТИК) в лечении атопического дерматита. Представлены основные механизмы действия ТИК. Показаны преимущества одного из препаратов группы ТИК такролимуса. Гидрофильная лекарственная форма и фармакоэкономический показатель, повышающие комплаентность лечения, позволяют рассматривать новый препарат Такропик (0,1% и 0,03% мазь такролимуса) как оптимальное топическое средство для лечения среднетяжелых и тяжелых форм атопического дерматита у взрослых и детей.
