Псориатическая ониходистрофия: клинические проявления (часть 1)

Аннотация

Псориатическая ониходистрофия достаточно часто встречается у пациентов с псориазом. Изменения ногтей при псориазе имеет широкий спектр клинических проявлений, включающих симптомы поражения ногтевого ложа и/или ногтевого матрикса. В статье представлены сведения о клинических и патоморфологических проявлениях псориатической ониходистрофии, механизмах формирования патологических изменений. Объясняется взаимосвязь между изменением ногтевых пластинок у больных псориазом и развитием псориатического артрита, анализируется прогностическая ценность отдельных симптомов. Описаны диагностические критерии гистологической диагностики псориатической ониходистрофии. Приводятся данные о встречаемости каждого симптома псориатической ониходистрофии у больных псориазом с дистрофическим изменением ногтей.
