Фотостарение кожи: механизмы развития, особенности клинических проявлений

Аннотация

В статье представлены современные литературные данные, касающиеся механизмов развития фотостарения кожи, вызванного ультрафиолетовым излучением УФА- и УФБ-спектров. Результатом длительного воздействия УФ-излучения являются повреждение геномной ДНК, развитие мутаций ДНК, повреждение белков, мембранных липидов, коллагеновых и эластических волокон, деградация межклеточного вещества дермы, развитие хронического воспаления, иммуносупрессия, нарушение меланогенеза и усиление ангиогенеза. Описаны основные клинические проявления фотостарения, проявляющиеся на коже, и представлена их гистологическая характеристика.
