Аннотация
Отмечены высокие распространенность псориаза и заболеваемость им, значимое снижение качества жизни, психосоциальная дезадаптация больных, представлены некоторые особенности патогенеза псориаза с учетом роли иммунных механизмов и связь заболевания с другими хроническими процессами в организме, из-за чего псориаз рассматривается как полиморбидное состояние. Полиморбидность псориаза является важным фактором при выборе терапии, особенно для больных с тяжелыми формами болезни.
