МЕТОДА ОЦЕНКИ ЭФФ ЕКТИВНОСТИ И БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ УЛЬТРАФИОЛЕТОВОЙ ТЕРАПИИ БОЛЬНЫХ
ПСОРИАЗОМ НА ОСНОВЕ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ МУТАЦИЙ ГЕНОВ, АССОЦИИРОВАННЫХ С ЭКСЦИЗИОННОЙ
СИСТЕМОЙ РЕПАРАЦИИ ДНК» (шифр 2009-02-1.2-04-35-007).
В обзоре освещены современные аспекты ультрафиолетовой терапии больных псориазом. Описаны механизмы действия, а также ранние и отдаленные побочные эффекты существующих методов фототерапии. Представлены данные литературы о риске их канцерогенного действия. Обсуждаются подходы к оптимизации проведения фототерапии с учетом
риска и пользы для пациента.
