Аннотация

Кожа не только выполняет функции механического барьера, защищающего организм от повреждающего воздействия различных факторов, но и участвует в иммунных реакциях, развивающихся при вторжении микроорганизмов. Toll- подобные рецепторы (TLR), опосредующие распознавание молекулярных структур патогенов, экспрессируются в коже на клетках разных типов, инициируя развитие адаптивных иммунных реакций при связывании с различными лигандами. В обзоре приведены данные о строении и функции TLR, их локализации в компартментах кожи, а также об их роли в патогенезе заболеваний кожи инфекционной этиологии и неинфекционного происхождения.
