Analysis of the results of clinical and laboratory examination of female patients withnon-complicated and complicated forms of the urogenital chlamydia infection

Abstract

полиморфизмы, хламидийная инфекция, цитокины.
The authors provide a detailed clinical and laboratory description of female patients with the Chlamydia infection of the
lower urogenital tract and small pelvis organs as well as patients with secondary infertility (Chlamydia infection in the
anamnesis). The authors also present the results of a pilot study aimed at determining the content of cellular metabolism
mediators (cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and IFN-alpha) in blood and cervical secret samples as well as a study of
single-nucleotide polymorphisms of cytokine encoding genes.
