Аннотация
Представлено клиническое наблюдение случая развития плоскоклеточного рака кожи у больного псориазом после проведения 24 курсов фототерапии (22 курса ПУВА-терапии и 2 курса УФВ-311). Злокачественное новообразование развилось на фоне признаков хронического фотоповреждения кожи: лентиго, актинического эластоза, диффузной гиперпигментации, крапчатой пигментации кожи).
