Диссеминированный поверхностный актинический порокератоз у больного обыкновенным псориазом: клинический случай

Аннотация

Представлено наблюдение диссеминированного поверхностного актинического порокератоза (ДПАП) у больного обыкновенным псориазом, получавшего лечение методом ПУВА-терапии. ДПАП - редкое заболевание кожи, развивающееся в результате нарушения ороговения, которому способствует солнечное излучение, и проявляющееся четко отграниченными кольцевидными или линейными бляшками. Поскольку больные ДПАП чувствительны к солнечному излучению, им противопоказана фототерапия. В связи с этим больному псориазом был назначен метотрексат подкожно в дозе 10 мг 1 раз в неделю. Регресс псориатических высыпаний был достигнут после второй инъекции, на их месте остались высыпания ДПАП.
