Аннотация

Термин «изотопический ответ» был предложен R. Wolf и соавт. в 1995 г. и означает развитие нового дерматоза на месте первичного, уже регрессировавшего и не имеющего прямого отношения к первому. В статье описываются суть феномена и наиболее значимые клинические случаи. Обсуждаются патогенетические механизмы: вирусная, иммунологическая, сосудистая, нейрогенная теория, а также концепция иммунокомпрометированного участка. Анализируются общность и разница изотопического ответа и изоморфного феномена Кебнера. Представлены два клинических наблюдения.
