Аннотация

Обсуждаются механизмы действия, показания к применению и побочные эффекты наружных глюкокортикостероидных
препаратов. Рассматриваются фармакологические и фармакокинетические свойства флутиказона пропионата - эффективного наружного глюкокортикостероида с высоким уровнем безопасности и хорошими косметическими свойствами. Приводятся данные контролируемых отечественных и зарубежных исследований эффективности и безопасности
применения флутиказона пропионата в терапии псориаза, атопического дерматита и экземы.
