Аннотация
Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки современных методов диагностики грибовидного микоза.
Диагностика грибовидного микоза основывается главным образом на клинической картине заболевания, что представляет значительные трудности для врача-дерматовенеролога, особенно на ранних его стадиях, когда высыпания
отличаются большим разнообразием. Лабораторными методами подтверждения диагноза являются гистологическое
и иммунофенотипическое исследования биоптатов кожи из области поражения, а также определение клональности
Т-лимфоцитов в коже методом полимеразной ценной реакции.
